4S barbecue sauce
Broiling, baking, and grilling are easy ways to cook meat without adding a lot of calories. Unfortunately, plain meat can be boring. Adding a sauce is a great way to add flavor and try something new. After an exhausting day, I needed a quick dinner. | 1/3 cup Frank's hot sauce |
| 1/4 cup vinegar |
| 1/4 cup water |
| 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
| 1 teaspoon Tabasco |
| 1 teaspoon liquid smoke |
