8 chicken thighs or 8 boneless chicken breasts
sesame seeds, for garnish
Storage

• Store any leftover chicken covered in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 days.
Instructions
---
• Trim the chicken of any extra fat. This can cause flare ups on the grill.
• Marinate the chicken in a resealable plastic bag or glass bowl. Let marinate for 20 minutes - 1 hour at room temperature. The orange juice is acidic so don't marinate it for more than 2 hours to prevent the chicken from breaking down. Refrigerate if marinating more than 1 hour.
• Preheat your grill. When the grill is ready, remove the chicken from the marinade.
• Cook the bone-in thighs a about 10 - 12 minutes over direct heat, turning after 6 minutes. For boneless chicken breasts cook for about of 8 - 10 minutes over direct heat, turning after 4 minutes. Test for doneness before removing the chicken from the grill.
• Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
