Cotija sauce 
I serve this sauce with Blackened shrimp tacos, but as it turns out, it is also a great dip for vegetables as well as a salad dressing. This recipe is an adaptation from a recipe I saw in Cooking Light.

| 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder | 
| 1/4 cup Cotija or Parmesan cheese | 
| 2 tablespoons milk | 
| 2 tablespoons mayonnaise | 
| 1 teaspoon cider vinegar | 
| 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce | 
| 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco | 
| Instructions |

| • Combine all ingredients thoroughly. |

| • Use butttermilk instead of milk. |

| • Make this 3 - 4 days ahead, cover and refrigerate. |
