Hummus and cucumber breakast

This is one of my go-to recipes for a weekday breakfast, but it's also a great snack.

Ingredients
Crackers of your choice
Cucumber, sliced
Hummus
Herbs of your choice, optional
Variations
• Add a piece of chopped bell pepper to the top instead of the herbs.
Instructions
• Put a cucumber slice on top of the cracker. Add a dollop of hummus on top of the cucumber. Top with fresh herbs, if desired.
