Hummus and cucumber breakast
This is one of my go-to recipes for a weekday breakfast, but it's also a great snack.

|Crackers of your choice|
|Herbs of your choice, optional|
|• Add a piece of chopped bell pepper to the top instead of the herbs.|
|• Put a cucumber slice on top of the cracker. Add a dollop of hummus on top of the cucumber. Top with fresh herbs, if desired.|
