Tuna melt 
I love tuna salad sandwiches, but some days, especially in the winter, I want something warm. Adding about an ounce of cheese instead of the second slice of bread makes the calorie count about the same.

| Ingredients |

| 1 recipe Tuna salad | 
| 4 slices of sandwich bread | 
| 4 ounces of cheddar cheese | 
| Instructions |

| • Lightly toast the bread. Put the toast on a baking sheet. | 
| • Spread 1/4 of the tuna salad on top of each piece of toast. | 
| • Sprinkle each with 1/4 of the cheese. | 
| • Put the baking sheet on the highest shelf in your oven. Broil for about 5 minutes, until the cheese melts and starts to brown. |

| • Add a tomato on top of the tuna salad, and then top with cheese. | 
| • Experiment with different cheeses - Swiss or Monterey Jack. |
